OUR ON-LINE ORDERING PROCESS:
Regarding our on-line ordering process, we provide a secured transaction environment.
All of your credit card information is protected by the latest software encryption technology. Purchasing on-line with us is safe, easy, and quick.
HOW TO ORDER ON-LINE:
To purchase items on-line with your credit card, simply follow the 6 steps provided below.
STEP 1:
Select the desired area of our on-line store that you wish to visit by clicking on the specified "blue" link provided on the main screen of our on-line store.
When you have been directed to the desired area of our on-line store, view the small pictures that represent the items in the area. Click one time on the small picture that represents the desired item you wish to purchase.
This action will result in a screen appearing that will provide a larger picture of the item along with specific information regarding the selected item.
STEP 2:
Click the "Order" button one time. This action will result in the item being added to your order.
A screen will appear that will show the current status of your order. You can change the quantity of any item you wish to purchase by deleting the current quantity shown in the “Qty.” column of the order form and entering the actual quantity of the item you wish to purchase.
You can remove an item from your order by clicking the “remove” link one time. This link is displayed under the item picture.
If you wish to purchase additional items, click the "Keep Shopping" link one time.
This action will result in the on-line store main screen reappearing.
STEP 3:
If you would like to purchase additional items, redo steps 1 and 2.
If you only want to purchase one item, go to step 4.
You can view your current order at any time by clicking the green "Show Order" button located on the far left side of the page.
STEP 4:
On the screen displayed after you click the "Order" button, instead of clicking the "Keep Shopping" button, click the "Check Out" button one time.
This action will display the check out portion of our order form requesting “ship to” information.
On this part of the order form, you will fill in the “ship to” information and select the delivery method you wish to use concerning your order.
When you have entered the information, click the “Continue” button one time.
STEP 5:
This action will display the check out portion of our order form requesting payment information.
On this part of the order form, you will fill in the payment method, billing address if different from the shipping address, your e-mail address, order communication preference, and any coupons you would like to use regarding the order.
When you have entered the information, click the “Continue” button one time.
STEP 6:
This action will display the check out portion of our order form requesting you to review your “ship to” and “bill to” information.
If the information is correct, press the “Send Order” button one time.
If you wish to change information, click the corresponding “Edit” button related to the area. This action will display the area of the order form where you wish to make changes.
When you are ready to complete your order, click the “Send Order” button one time to complete your order. An order confirmation e-mail message will be sent to the e-mail address you included with your order.
At anytime during the order process, if you wish to cancel your order, you can click the “cancel” link one time.
